In handling books and records, proper care is required. In the educational institution Govt office, bank and other organization where books and records are used in large number, usually people prefer to preserve them in plastic folder of different forms and sizes. These plastic folder not only protect the books and other records from dust and rain but also imparts neat appearance.
Among the gift items the file covers, diary covers, diary etc are being manufactured in our country, but those hardely create any essential appeal. Manufacturing technique of the existing variety of file covers, diary covers is not very sophisticated to make the products attractive and durable. In developed countries file covers, diary covers with requisite look make of PVC foils are being manufactured by high frequency welding technique. Generally surface of the file covers is smooth, but it is possible to make designs on the surface by thermoforming process.
Since the introduction of plastic foil welding technology, it is the desire of the manufacturer to integrate supplementary equipments to high frequency welding plant in order to facilitate manual working steps e.g. to insert materials, cardboard, punched cardboard parts etc.
In plastic field PVC foil thermoforming with high frequency welding can make a variety of innovative products, thus opening up new avenues for enterprising entrepreneurs.
