Industry Overview
Haldiram Ethnic Foods Private Limited (HEFPL), a part of the Haldiram’s Group, proposes to establish a modern food-processing and packaging facility at H-156, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The project will be developed on an industrial plot measuring 1,800 sq. mtr. and will focus on the preparation of chana, besan, vegetable-based and panjeeri products, along with the assembly and packaging of festival and regular hampers and gift packs for the domestic market.
The proposed facility represents an investment of Rs 135.00 crore, financed entirely through the Company's own funds and internal resources, without any bank borrowing. Construction is scheduled from November 2026 to March 2028, followed by the commencement of commercial operations in April 2028 (FY 2028-29). At full capacity, the project is expected to provide employment to approximately 450 persons and generate annual sales of about Rs 60.95 crore. The facility aims to strengthen the Company's food-processing, product preparation and packaging capabilities while catering to demand for ethnic food products, festive hampers and gift packs in the domestic market.
