     The commonly used automobile horns are either electrical or air pressure type. These horns are generally unpleasant to hear. The air-pressure type horn, in particular, contributes a lot  to the noise pollution.

     Now-a-days, electronic horns are gaining popularity as  they generate  quite pleasant & distinct tones which  are  discernible even  by  an  absent-minded pedestrian. It alsoabides  by  the regulations.  However,  it  requires to  be  rechecked  by  local authorities before putting it to actual use.
